The Belle Chasse Bridge and Tunnel Replacement Project site project managers Lynnette Buttler and David VanHeeswijk met in-person with Plaquemines Parish President Keith Hinkley, members of Hinkley’s executive staff, and District 5 Council Member Patricia McCarty to discuss progress of the project and phases of construction, along with traffic switches. They also addressed the concerns of the group.
