As design on the replacement bridge evolved, public input was requested in mid-2020 using virtual means (due to COVID-19 considerations) to gather feedback from the public on certain key elements. These included overall bridge color schemes, design elements on specific parts of the bridge, and the overall design of the relocated Veterans Park area and its walking paths.
The results of those efforts informed the final bridge design as outlined in the overviews below. Thank you for your participation.
